a cord of three strands...

The Edge was really good tonight. The Vision being casted is really getting me excited.

There's a lot of stuff churning through my head right now but I'm not sure there's too much I can really put down. All I've been thinking about tonight is Ecclesiastes 4:9-12. My folks volunteered every year in the youth tent at Cornerstone Music Festival and there was a song about these verses. I've had that tune in my head this evening.

"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work:
If one falls down, his friend can help him up.
But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."

It has been so easy to shut myself off. It's hard to really let my friends love me sometimes. But I need it. The grace and love you guys show me is amazing. I've been picked up and challenged by my friends in a big way recently (ok not anything new :) ). I've been reminded of what grace looks like. I don't deserve it. Thank you.

have a good night guys
